Bisque fired once when dry, stamped, waxed and coated in a glossy transparent glaze. The piece is then decorated using various stains and oxides and placed back in the kiln for its final 1240 degree centigrade glaze firing. Each piece is decorated by hand and will have slight variations. Dishwasher and microwave safe though discouraged for longevity. Approximately
