The R1 incorporates male female connections on all compression straps, load lifters, and shoulder straps. PALS webbing is located on both external sides and on the internal back panel for use with MOLLE accessories and the SG radio harness. A comms port on the top adds the ability to route an antenna and comms cables. The R1 is
