Molasses is fermented for 1 3 weeks, pot still distilled, esters of 156 g hL, and 0 g L dosage. Bottled at 43% ABV. Very complex nose, slightly smoky and meaty with fruity, herbal and sour notes building up. Next vanilla come forward, almost pastry like, with cooked banana, bitter orange peel and ripe pineapple.
