Our start was shared by Georgia plantsman Ozzie Johnson, who brought this back from Japan's Gotemba Nursery. In good soil, this dwarf spreading groundcover forms a 3" tall x 4' wide mat in 4 years. While Liriope minor grows in both shade and sun, the color is much more vivid in at least a half day of sun. Watch
