You can feel the texture of the timeworn wood and stone,, the possibility that somebody has just left the house with the door slightly ajar. Perhaps they had just been foraging? It is signed. It also has a beautiful gilt frame that is in good condition with just an area on the bottom where it is slightly apart. There are also small areas on the painting where the paint has come off.
