O. E. Gear Helmet Ballast. Designed to combat helmet droop and sag created by heavy forward mounted PVS14 and PVS7 NODs, the NSW Strobe Battery Ballast mounts directly to the helmet by way of adhesive velcro on the helmet's surface. We started out small with this project, but before long the design took on a new level of
