The objective was to create a centralized digital solution for managing DD Team member records and validity information. The application needed to simplify record management, automate validity calculations, provide visibility into approaching expiries, and reduce the effort required for manual tracking and follow-ups.

The Solution

Provitious developed a Power Apps-based DD Team Management Application to centralize team member information and validity records. The application enables users to add, view, and update member details, while automatically calculating remaining validity. Power Automate was integrated to identify approaching expiry dates and send automated email reminders, helping ensure timely action and improved record management.
